Hi All,

My wife filed the I130 for her daughter when she had a green card in 2016, in 2019 she became a citizen.

Is there a way to get daughter here quicker since my wife is now citizen?

Also when she filed we lived in Washington state and the paperwork goes through the California Center. This year I got relocated for a better paying job to Connecticut.

Do you have to change anything or get transferred to a Visa Center in this area?

Thanks

If daughter is on F2B (as I assume from the timeline you gave /how long she has been waiting) it is actually quicker than the F1 category son/daughter of citizen. She can apply to retain F2B so as to not slow down from the naturalization.

Agree or she would be here by now, will save a year or so most likely to keep F2b.
