Entering the medical date in the Timeline (not the bottom of one's signature)

I've noticed that there is no time slot to enter the date of the medical (before the Embassy interview) when I enter the K1 visa timeline info. I'm not referring to the timeline in some individuals signature, but the timeline where you have to enter the first half of your email. Is this true or am i just missing something? I love being able to enter this information and I know that the medical is a big part of it an it seems unfitting not to be able to include it.

Do some consulates not require a medical?

A medical exam is a requirement for a K visa (although vaccinations are not). However, the medical is but one of many preparatory requirements for a visa interview. I do not see any particular reason to include this one item of the checklist on the timelines nor do I see any reason to include all of the checklist items on the timeline.
