depends on if you applying under 3 years rule or 5 years and depends on your case. Philadelphia office processing times states that it's between 7.5 to 12.5 months the whole case from the application to the oath

Philadelphia filer here too, applied 11/22 biometrics on 12/20. No movement since, just waiting.

February 2016: N-400 filed under the 3 year rule.

February 2016: Bio-metrics completed

04/29/2016: Interview Notice in the mail For 06/08/2016

06/01/2016: Interview was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (probably cause the 751 was still pending)

01/16/2019: Case changed online again to interview was scheduled for 03/06/2019

03/06/2019 The Interview (Can't be approved since I'm not eligible for the 3 year rule anymore, will have to file again under the 5 year rule, FML)

03/09/2019: Official Deny letter Via certified mail

 

N-400 #2 March 2019 IOE (Pending)(5-year Rule) 

03/09/2019: N-400 filed online under the 5 year rule (Within 72 hours of the interview)

03/09/2019: NOA1 via web Portal

my mom applied on 5 year base 

9/12/19 submmited application for N-400

10/05/19 biomatric done

2-25-2020 interview schudle. 

 

so it does move fast but i think if u have name change or 3 year base then i dont know.

No, My estimated completion was December 2019. Then after that changed to we taking more time than expected

Does anyone now how long Philadelphia office is taking for sending naturization certificate and approval ? Had interview back in december around Christmas an still haven't received anything.
