What was the degree in? there's nothing that gives only 8 months.  It's 8 months per YEAR for 4 years.  Even their ESL program costs a minimum of $6600

It's a bit of a weird school to choose to be honest. What made you choose this one?

it's a professional master's degree you study for 8 months then you apply for an internship and at the same time you study online to finish the remaining courses when you're done with that you get your master's degree.

I chose it because of the scholarship and the courses they are offering, also I know a lot of people who went there and they are all in better places.

This sounds more likely the issue.

the program was a 8 months program

Probably didn't meet the "full course of study"  standard - meaning it would be a two or 4 year program.  Add 1 year OPT.   Or 2 year associates plus 1 year opt and 2 year opt-stem.

You are lucky you don't have a lifetime ban.  Well you probably do.

it's a 8 months full time studying + 2 years of CPT and part time studying, it meets the standard because a lot of people have already went there from all over the world it's not a new university it's been on for years now with this kind of program.

A random school in Iowa (of all places...) gave you a scholarship?  Sorry I'm just baffled.  I can only assume that the lack of funding (what if the scholarship falls through?) and length of program is your downfall.

but he didn't ask for the funding at all he just asked of what the university asked me to bring, also most people who get the lack of funding problem and go to AP they get asked to deliver papers that show a proof of funds, for my case I wasn't even asked to show the proof of funds I had neither did he tick the "Lack of funding" option in the paper he gave me so I really think it isn't the issue, as I said a lot of people went before and they showed the same amount of money that I showed.

Maybe he thought the university was fake?

I thought of it yea because him asking all of sudden for my acceptance letter was so weird, but since it's accredited by the SEVP and ICE so I don't think it would've been that hard for him to know it isn't fake no?

I am not hugely knowledgeable on all this but firstly two years CPT sounds like a lot for an 8 month program, plus I thought you had to be full time not part time (second part) to get an F1 visa. I am not sure when all the people you talk about went there, but I do know that more recently there has been a crackdown on colleges that are seen to be flimsy pretenses at education and basically get their students through the promise of OPT/CPT work permits, so that may be part of the problem. The other part, which is probably more important and would have saved pages of speculation here, is the existence of the word “falsified “ not once but twice on your AP paper.  That is a BIG issue and one you need to address, because if they find you have falsified information on a visa application that is a lifetime ban from the US.

A 44% graduation rate for a college is shocking. That in itself is a sign that something is wrong with this place.

Ranked very lowly, an odd choice.

well the papers they give here in Algeria are so standard there 3 types of papers the white one means your accepted and has the info on how to pick your passport, the yellow one means you're not accepted due to 214B which is the only reason for rejection they hand out and the last one is the pink one means you're on AP (and there is only one for AP not like the other embassies they have them printed out and they just choose one at the end of the interview), so every paper for AP has those words like "falsified" and believe me they choose the right option each time and for my case they didn't choose any one of those ones because everything I have is legal, I have done my research and if they face someone with falsified information they won't get off easy.
