For the people who provided their fiances taxes, you provided from 2018 only correct?

Not exactly. I talked whilst handing stuff over and so I said "Here's my affidavit of support and I also have 2016-2018 tax transcripts and an employee letter to go with that"....he said "Just the transcripts please"...and when I handed them over, he just looked at the top one (2018) and took the first page.

 

Obviously it may not be the same for everyone - it may be dependent on whether you're using a joint sponsor, how fair above the poverty line they are, etc...

I am just curious which of the documention are they using to make that call regarding poverty line? I just want to gie my fiance everything they may need so i will just give him my 2018 taxes, bank statements (proof of bank account), bond and stock statements, 134 and letter of employment. hopefully that is enough, ha.

Are we missing anything to bring to interview? Anxiety is building!

 

1.    Passport

2.      Photographs: Two color photographs, UK (2x2)

3.      Birth Certificate: Original copy with both parent’s names on it

4.      Police Certificate

Financial Evidence of Support

a.      I-134 form

b.      A signed statement from an officer of the bank or other financial institution that states when you opened an account, the total amount deposited for the past year, and the present balance of such account

c.       A signed statement from your employer on business letterhead that states the date and nature of your employment (my job), salary paid, and whether the position is temporary or permanent

d.      A list containing the serial numbers and denominations of bonds and names of the owners

e.      A list containing value of stocks

f.        Caitlin’s 2018 tax returns

6.      Printed out confirmation pages:

                                                              i.      DS-160 confirmation page

                                                             ii.      Interview date confirmation page

 

                                                           iii.      Courier confirmation page

 

                                                           iv.      MRV payment of $265 confirmation page

 

***We have not received the P3 package in mail. Contacted embassy. They emailed back saying proceed. Printing that bringing it with us.

I wouldnt worry to much about not receiving package 3. Its just an emailed list of documents to bring.

 

I would also bring the paperwork from their medical.

Thanks everyone! The interview is Tuesday at 11:30...trying to not get too nervous!

To confirm, the embassy officer will have our entire approved 129F package with them when my fiance interviews with them during his questioning, right? Do they refer to anything on the 129F during the whole interview process? I will say based on what i read, it seems quick to go through the new paperwork my fiances provides, calls him back, asks like 5 questions then approves to his face...

Hey sorry to intrude in the thread but I am also confused about what my fiancé needs to send me for my London interview. Did you send the original I-134 and original I-129f to London? Or is it ok if it’s all scanned and printed ? Not even sure if I need  anything from from I-129f? Thanks so much!

Hey, I printed, signed and scanned the 134. I also scanned him the approved NOA just to have incase. Unless you want to send it in the mail, you have to scan it

The petitioner only needs to send the I-134 and proof of income. They accept scanned.  All the rest is about the beneficiary. They already have your entire I-129F file. If they didn’t know your petition was approved (NOA2), you wouldn’t be given an interview.
