That letter is generic so don’t worry about selective service registration as it’s not applicable to you. It may be a combo interview.

are you sure?I become 31 years old 4 months ago I entered US at age of 27 so I guess I do not need selective service registration and nor I heard about it earlier its just that I did little research and found out that had I entered US at age of 26 I would have needed it but perhaps I do not need it.thanks for replying

Selective service is mandatory from age 18-26.  You were 27 when you entered as evidenced by your visa and the entry stamp in your passport.  You didn't need to do selective service.

I was 26 years old when I got my green card. But I never knew about selective service and I have upcoming N-400 interview, will this impact my interview?

Registration is for men aged 18-25 (including men aged 25 years, 11 months, and 28,29,30,31 days depending what month and year they were born).  Not 18-26.

How did you get your green card? Immigration visa or adjustment of status? Your timeline in your profile makes zero sense to me.

If AOS was filed before you reached age 26, it is possible USCIS registered you.   You should check your status at sss.gov

Thank you, I just checked in that website and found one and downloaded 'Official Selective Service Registration Acknowledgment letter'. Actually It says I had registered on 2009. Should I just print this out and take it to the interview?

As I expected.  Good.

Yes print that and bring it to the interview.

Keep a permanent copy locked away too.   This way if you ever apply for a job in the federal government or apply for financial aid for college, it is one less road block.

Not applicable if you were living in the US on non immigrant status like F1, visitor.
