In this case there are several fields where it is not applicable to me/my form i.e. I have only lived in one state and there is an additional field for any additional states that i've lived in after age 18, my fiance's mailing address, employment address, etc.

I have no idea what you're talking about, an actual copy vs. a photocopy. Is it the same thing?

Anyway, send in a copy to USCIS. Keep the original with you.

An original.

Of course you can but you wanna read the instructions first.

From USCIS i129f instructions:

”NOTE: If you submit original documents when not required or requested by USCIS, your original documents may be immediately destroyed upon receipt.”

I guess that should prevent you from sending the original.

I am inputting two extra addresses. So obviously it is going to be Page 2 Part 1...but would I put 11a. - 12.b. in the item number? or just 11a.?

Thanks!
