Report of Marriage(no previous married shown in marriage cert)

I was planning to send my Report of Marriage to the Philippine  Embassy in San Francisco  however when I read the requirements  it says the marriage certificate  should show the number of previous marriages however the marriage certificate  I have  didnt show anything. Is there someone here who tried to send their marriage certificate  without number of previous marriage  shown?thank you

Not all states have that info on the marriage certificate, and the states that do only have info on marriages that took place in that state.     If you don't have it on yours, don't worry about.
