08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

The Democrat managers led by the "totally honest to a fault" (sarcasm intended) Adam Schiff and Jerry "The Gavel" Nadler said all last weekend that it was an open and shut case, yet they and Queen Nancy's court jester Chuck Schumer are repeating over and over how they need more witnesses.  Which is it geniuses?  Also, the fact that Queen Nancy held up this supposedly slam dunk case for over a month is also very telling.  I can see the strategy this author is attributing to the Democrats as completely viable, they tend to be all about words and very light on actual substance.

Might certainly have been for the reasons assumed.

 

Might also have been that Pelosi intentionally wanted to tie up Bernie Sanders in the Senate at least through the Hawkeye Cauci, thus harming his campaign and (the ultimate goal) sticking it to Alexandria Occasional-Cortex, who supports Sanders.
