"freedom to marry" proof of 'single' status certificate

I know that it is a requirement in some places. I have this document on the behalf of my fiance (he can obtain another one) in case I need it in the future. Would he need to get another copy of this document from the clerk to bring to his interview when it comes time? Or do I need to get the one I have translated and send it in with the I-129F form? or both?

He will  most probably need original of it for the interview, it would be good to provide a copy also
after your petition is approved, He will receive P3 package  from embassy with instruction what to bring to the interview

Ah, easy does it It took us 10 mins in the office. I'm sure that things are very similar to Serbia (he lives in Republika Srpska, Bosnia)! fun to see another balkan filer on these boards

Yes -in Serbia also it is easy
But when the interview time comes he will need the new one i.e. the one with fresh date
