Stop payment and file again.   Use FEDEX, UPS or DHL and send to the courier address.

Thanks. There is no chance that it's just a reception?

That is a zip code where Chase has a lot of lock box services.  I'm sure that USPS treats the USCIS physical address like another lockbox and the contractor just picks it up.    My old company used to have a USPS lockbox and weird misdirects were very common.  For overnight and certified they give you a manifest with a couple hundred items and you sign once and they give you the bag.   USPS to any government office is a waste of postage IMO.  Guarantees nothing and then you have to fight it out with USPS.

I think the issue here is that you used the wrong address. You used the address for UPS, Fedex, instead of  USCIS P.O. Box 21281 Phoenix, AZ 85036 which is for USPS.

Hello! USPS reply. Can I trust them, do you think? The matter is that in the letter there were originals verification letters from my native country.

The Postal Service is aware of the frustration and disappointment caused when we do not live up to our commitment of safe and reliable mail service.

The item you are tracking was delivered to USCIS at the Chase Bank Building.  All mail for this delivery address is delivered through security for the Chase Bank Building as the facility has high level security that USPS does not have clearance to access the facility.  The item was delivered to the correct location and USCIS has office space within the Chase Bank Building.  All further inquiries will need to be directed to USCIS as they are in possession of this item.”

If I were in your shoes, I would call USCIS and explain what has happened. Request their direction on what to do next. This has likely happened on more than one occasion. Also, it took a week from when my application was received to when the check was cashed.

I'd wait until Monday to call USCIS again. Jan 20 was a federal holiday and that could have delayed things. My application also took about a week to be received/acknowledge and I sent it the week of 4th of July.

Well, the address was for UPS,DHL, and Fedex deliveries. It will be waste of time  calling USCIS when they not even know where your package. I'm hoping someone from Chase will catch it and send it back?

Yep, most definitely this is the issue.

That's not been my experience at all. OP just used the wrong address but USCIS still got it in the end. Also, I don't see the point of overnight/certified mail for USCIS. I just used first class mail and it was delivered in 2 days with no issues. There's no point in wasting more money on FedEx, UPS, etc when just the regular mail is good enough. I sent like 200 pages I think, in a medium box and it was only $15.

you  can send either to the PO BOX or to the actual address using Fedex/UPS/USPS. it does not matter as they all get picked up by the lockbox contractors. And yes the USCIS physical address is inside Chase bank building. Any one with google maps  and an internet connection can figure that out .
