    The thought that six packs are being treated as a "status" symbol is kind of amusing in and of itself. Having a six pack doesn't magically change anything in life. It's not like having money or fame. Ninety percent of the time no one can see them and the other ten percent, nobody cares.

Well, I was reading a piece in the Daily Mail (sorry, I can't resist sometimes) with a personal trainer who said that many women who sport six packs have stopped having their periods, because our bodies are meant to carry a little extra fat in order to carry children. I'll see if I can find it. Personally I'd rather stay six-pack-free (I am slim, not ripped) and know I'm not messing with my hormones.

It is also the home of all the very worst gossip about bottom of the barrel celebrity gossip. Where else would I find the most pearl-clutching articles about how Meghan Markle is responsible for taking down the monarchy all by herself?

Well Megxit has now moved on to Canada and the games have started up there. I am not sure if I ready for more the cursory glance at the DM, so would be grateful if you can keep us updated with developments.

 

There are some good Greta, Hillary and of course AOC stories going around, but I am lambasted it seems if I mention those no matter the source.
