scotland Affadavit of Support I134 for K1 interviee

My fiancee is Scottish and will hopefully be going for her interview in London soon.

I am trying to collect all the necessaey information to fill out the I-134. I've had some confusion on a couple of questions.

Am I interpreting correctly?

 

It asks about any stocks or bonds.

I have a 401k retirement plan through my work that has invested in a portfolio of stocks. Do I need a list of those?

 

It also asks about any life insurance and the cash payout value. 

My life insurance is through work and at least at this time, there is no cash payout value that I am aware of.

 

And are they asking for yearly income. Is that before or after taxes?

My yearly salary recently increased from a promotion and I want to make sure I'm providing accurate information.

 

I have a letter of employment, letter from the bank stating past year of deposits and balance, and I have my prior year tax transcript ready to print.

 

Are there any other documents I need? I have so much anxiety about this form even though I know I make above the required 125% of the poverty line. I just to make sure I'm filling it out correctly.

From what I've read on the forum is that if you meet the income requirement that you don't have to include all that stuff about the assets. If you make 100% of poverty level then you are eligible to file a I-134 without a joint sponsor.
