I am a US citizen that lived in US for 10 years , now back to my home country Morocco and have been working  for an international company for last 5years . I do file my taxes .

I am married to non USC (Moroccan) and we have 4 year old son that is a USC and has his US passport as well ( done for him the CRBA ).

I want to take wife & son for vacation in US this Spring . my wife never being in US but we went toghether to Spain last summer for vacation .

questions:

> what visa she needs to apply for ? tourist ?

>she is a staying home mom ,so no job or income . I can be her financial sponsor tho.

thanks in advance and hope for all the best in 2020.

She needs to apply for a B1/2 tourist visa. No sponsorship needed. The decision will be made based on the strength of her ties to her home country and the hopeful  conclusion by the interviewing officer that she is not intending to use the visitor visa to stay in the US

All she can do is apply and see. Being married to a US citizen does not guarantee approval.

>The only visa she is allowed in this situation is a visitor visa.

>No, there is no sponsorship for visitor visas.

No sponsorship possible, just apply like everybody else.
