For all those who have gotten a packet 3 recently...

As you can see from our timeline, things have not gone well for us. However, if and when my fiance gets to go to an interview I need updated information. Someone was nice enough a while back to give me a link for one of the forms that has to be filled out on the computer and taken to the interview. However, my co-sponsor and I will still need to do an "updated" affadavit of support though, because the ones we did originally are VERY outdated now. I assume Montreal wants those typed/completed on the computer now, right?

So, for those of you who have recently received packet 3 what is the current requirement for the affadivit of support? Is there a link someone can give me where I can find it online or is there another way it has to be done? When I ask 'requirement' I mean, is it required to be completed online somewhere and printed out ? Thanks.

I really appreciate any help you all can give.

I did my I-864 online and printed it out from somewhere. I will try to find where I got it from. I need to update mine, too for the interview.

The forms have not changed, Im sure you can still use the form that came in your packet 3

The income amounts have changed a bit from 2006

The one I used expire 09/30/06. I don't see one in the example forms. I may have got it from another site???

It says expires 4/30/07 but the one i got from MTL also says the same so I just used that one.

Why am I confused? I filled out a I-864. I can't seem to find where we did a I-134. Maybe I don't do the I-134 with a CR b/c we already submitted a I-864 to NVC????

I can't imagine having to postpone an interview with Montreal not just once, but twice! Wow! Another reminder that we have nothing to complain about!

neiks, you don't need a I-134, you're CR-1-IR-1.
