Yes it's allowed BUT the Philippines typically will not issue you one unless you can show a strong compelling argument that you will return back to the Phil. Filipino's have a tendency to overstay their visa's or not return hence the problem.

@Greenbaum What about an ESTA? My fiance is here until February and then I will visit him in March, but I was wondering if he would be able to visit me again should the I-129F take longer than that to get approved? Technically his ESTA is still valid, but at the moment he does not have a job...

27 NOV 2019 - I-129F mailed to Dallas, TX Lockbox

02 DEC 2019 - NOA1

I’m a Filipino but I’m currently staying in the Middle East for work. My flight departs from the middle east not from Philippines. Will there be a problem if that’s my case?

First you need to change your profile as it shows you will be using the embassy in Manila for your interview. Second you can try and see but you still have to have a compelling reason to return. It's pretty difficult for a younger person as opposed to your mother or father.

If his ESTA is still valid then he can use it but keep in mind the immigration officer at immigration can turn him away.

Yes I do, I have a job that pays well in here, a roundtrip confirmed ticket, my contract with the company and my working visa. Anything else you think i can add up to these?

I would throw in a letter from your company that you are expected to be "on vacation" between these date and you will return back to your position. Do you own any property there? If so that would be reason to return combined with your other evidence.

Hi Latonya....so I got our NOA2  approval letter on February 11th and now are awaiting  the NVC process. Also, I mailed my RFE  on February 5th back to the California center and it didn't take them long at all to give their decision. So we are moving right along and praying for the best. I'm so ready to be joined with my fiance so we can finally spend our lives together.
