At what point do I need to provide evidence of our relationship/marriage?

 

Were about to start this process in the next couple of months for the IR1

Required at the I130 stage with the petition. Optional, but helpful, to sideload more at the NVC stage. Then at the interview stage you'll want to take bona fide relationship evidence with you to the interview, especially since you will have, presumably, gained more evidence from visiting each other during the process (or from more current utilities or bills if you live together abroad)

If you have been married less than 2 years (at time of entering the US) you will be CR1 with a 2 year green card, if you have been married 2 years or longer (at time of entering US) you will be IR1 with a 10 year green card

We have been together for over 11 years, living together in Canada for 10 years, married for 5 years and have two (dual citizen) children together. 
We own our home together here in Canada and hubby is about to go to the US first to re-establish domicile and buy our new home before our children and me go down.

Proving our relationship wont be hard, was just wondering at what point I should have it all ready. I read in some places it was NVC stage and some before. Thanks for the clarification
