Hey Everyone!

If you requested an expedite for spousal I-130 at USCIS level, submitted documents of proof, and got an email back, could you please share what the actual wording on the email was for your approval or denial? And how long did they take to make a decision?

I have my email here but I'm a bit confused on the wording & what it means.

Thank You!!

"We have received the requested evidence. Your case is under expedited review. You should receive a decision or notice of further action within 30 days."

so just want to make sure they mean they are deciding whether to grant expedite or not or whether it means the case is being reviewed, with the expedite.

They will decide in the next 30 days.   If it is expedited it will be sent to the NVC.

Thanks for the help. Do you by chance know whether its a good or bad sign that they take a long time to decide to grant the approval or denial? I've seen many cases where people know right away, USCIS made a decision within a matter of 2-3 days.

I have never seen anyone get a expedite right away barring a humanitarian crisis.
