How much evidence do you think would be excessive? I have 91 photos of us (prints from Shutterfly are on their way), and I have about 20+ Facebook post screenshots. I’m also thinking about including some of our correspondence. I am thinking of including our Airbnb reviews also..

Any number of photos in excess of a handful is too many.  Correspondence,  air bnb reviews,  photos lack any utilitarian value for proof of meeting within the past two years

YMMV

Intent to marry letters need to only state that the petitioner intents to marry the beneficiary after 90 days of arrival. Don't forget the beneficiary also needs to send the intent to marry letter to state that the beneficiary intents to marry the petitioner after 90 days of arrival. Both letters signed (not sure if original signature is required or you can just include copies of the letters). As far as last year both letters were required.

I have about 91 pictures that would be in its own little envelope, maybe I should cut that amount in half(?). I feel like my case is a little less than straightforward due to my previous sponsoring of an ex spouse on an I-130 so I’m figuring that I should be providing more evidence since I am probably going to be met with a certain level of scrutiny.
Really? The Airbnb reviews mention us both by name. I am also including airfare itineraries from the previous trips and took a photocopy of pages from my passport.

There is a sample Letter of Intent to marry available here in FORMS section. I just followed that.

91 pictures is over kill .. lol they really won't go thru all that. 15-20 pictures with date stamp on it would be sufficient.

@sree_yashthis might be a really dumb question but with the address of USCIS being used in the letters of intent we don’t send those separately, we include them in the same packet as the I-129F, right?

My situation was far less straightforward than yours.  I sent zero pics, zero chats, zero FB items.

YMMV

Eirin

You keep the Letter of Intent to marry along with the I-129F packet that you will send to USCIS Lockbox.

Both letters? Or does he keep his for the interview?

I sent 10 pictures, 10-15 pages of selected FB chats , almost 1 year phone call logs ( each month's call log).

Good to know! Thank you. :) I’ve seen on some sites that I will also need to send a copy of the I-129F to my fiancé to take with him to his visa interview as well as a more current intent to marry declaration closer to the interview date? Are those things accurate?

Maybe,  maybe not.   Your consulate will inform you of what they require

YMMV
