I think I got the general gist of it but is there anything that I can do to improve it?

(I blocked out last names and the name of the village.)

To Whom it May Concern,
My name is Erin ******** and I am petitioning for my wonderful Fiance Branislav ************  to come live with me in the United States so we can get married. We intend to get married within the 90 days that he is admitted to the United States.
Branislav and I first met on a music group on Facebook in 2011. He was on my friends list for quite some time and we were acquaintances/on a friendly basis for many years after that. We got to be better friends at the end of 2017 and in late 2018 we became more. I decided that I would go and visit him and meet him in person at the end of November into December 2018.
When I landed he was there waiting for me in Zagreb (with chocolates in hand) and I was head over heels instantly. We commenced to have a beautiful two weeks together spending some time in Zagreb at an airbnb for the first half and then staying at his childhood home in ********  for the other half. His family was so sweet and I have grown so attached!
I went over again at the end of April and into May 2019 where I attended a traditional family feast with him and his family and we all as well celebrated my birthday together. We also had a weekend away in an Airbnb in Banja Luka.
My third trip was in the end of July to August 2019 where I came to attend his brothers wedding with him on the 4th of August. We stayed at his childhood home and attended the wedding and when the time came for the bride to throw the bouquet at the church; she instead turned around and handed me the bouquet and motioned for me to turn around. When I turned around I saw Branislav down on one knee. I said yes and can say that that was one of the most wonderful moments of my life!
I returned again on December 12th and had a wonderful month with Branislav and his family celebrating Christmas on the 25th, New Year, and Orthodox Christmas on January 7th. It was such a beautiful time!

Thank you,
Erin *********

Do you think that this would be sufficient or is there something that I should add in there? I would love some opinions!

This is a combo how we met and intend to marry.  The first paragraph is all you need for intend to marry. Really they're  normally that short.  You could include some details like a courthouse or Vegas or other location etc...

The rest of your letter should be separate as it talks about your meetings in person.

Should I make the second paragraph into a different letter?

Yes.  Everything after paragraph one should be in a how we met letter with evidence to back up the most recent meeting.

Would something to the gist of this be okay?

I went off of the template and added a little of my own to it. Do you think that should be okay even though it is so close to the template? I can't think of what else to put because that's the nit and grit of it.

And since there is no requirement for a how we met letter,  you could choose to not include in its entirety

YMMV

Our letters simply stated that we intended to get married with the 90 day period of her arrival here and our signatures.

We provided no information about our meeting.

Same here.  I'm of the opinion that cluttering up a petition with unrequired, unasked-for info leads to RFEs and delays as the adjudicator has to try to wade through it all.

How much evidence do you think would be excessive? I have 91 photos of us (prints from Shutterfly are on their way), and I have about 20+ Facebook post screenshots. I’m also thinking about including some of our correspondence. I am thinking of including our Airbnb reviews also..

91 photos is definitely excessive!

We didn't include any snapshots, just the required 2x2 passport style photos.  We followed the optional checklist/instructions that accompany the I-129f form on the USCIS website.

They type of "front-loading" of a petition that you seem to want to do is typically done for higher fraud/higher risk consulates.  Is Bosnia one of those?

There are some members here who will tell everyone, even those going through extremely low-fraud consulates (such as UK) to front-load.  Personally, I think that just opens the door for additional delays and RFEs as there is so much extra "stuff" the adjudicator has to review and read.

It is also a myth that there needs to be some dramatic "love story" written for question #54.  For that part, we simply wrote the dates of our in-person meetings and provided the supplemental evidence in the form of passport stamps.  That's it!
