You met 15 months ago but your child is 10 months old? Was she very pre-term?

AP after a 221(g) takes as long as it takes. What  documents did they ask for?

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do to make it go faster. Your poor planning or lifestyle choice (whichever is the reason for you having a child together before you have the authorization to live in the same country together) will not affect the timeline.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

Now a US citizen!

The updates says the same thing AP but just the date change ...

So having a baby it is not taken into consideration ???????

No, having a baby has zero impact on the case.......this sounds like normal administrative processing...unfortunately, it is common for applicants in some countries to experience a long administrative processing case due to background checks or other procedures.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

No, not at all.

Why would it?  That would be completely unfair to those who do not/cannot have children if those with kids were able to "jump the line" in any way.

In Algeria it would be a detriment to admit sleeping together before marriage

so,  having a baby is ok with the US embassy but against the country's culture and can work against you

YOU know this!!!

allah yekbel that your visa is issued so you can come help your "to be wife" with the baby

in all honesty Marriage in Spain and going the CR1 would  have been a better choice so you could work when you come to the US/ now you have a long wait for the AOS and work permit / it will be very boring for you during the wait time here so make sure your family has a good cell phone and whatsapp or facebook so you can talk daily to them free or you'll go nuts

I mean, usually yes, but in his case he has a small child, so likely he will be taking care of her, so that they don't have to pay for daycare.

So,  have you married under laws of Islam?  that would make it legal and you should have done a CR1

Yes me and my wife think the same ... more likely we think that for both of us me and my daughter , we didn't meet since she was born so its a great accasion to take advantage of both of us

Not for a muslim

he is suppose to support his wife and this time will be a hardship if he is granted the visa
