I have a question. I submitted all the required documents including my affidavit. after all document were accepted I got an email from the NVC saying that I don't make enough money and that I would need a joint sponsor, I never submitted the joint sponsor affidavit on the NVC website now I have an interview date on the 3nd, I was told that I can take the joint sponsor affidavit myself to the interview. is this true?

Yes take the joint sponsor paperwork with you to the interview, Read the instructions and make sure  you have all of the required documentation, IE Tax forms with all schedules or Tax transcript.
