online I130 Filers waiting for NVC welcome letter

My PD is 29 April, 19 and got NOA2 on 5 September. It’s already been around 20 weeks and haven’t heard anything from NVC. I called NVC recently and they told me to send a copy of approval notice to NVCresearch. 
I have also contacted uscis and they said they will let me know when they will send to NVC. Honestly, I am feeling so helpless and disappointed getting stucked in between uscis and nvc.

I m sorry for you , it sucks , I hope soon you get some good news , contact your Congress man or get assistance from ombudsman ....best of luck

Well that’s the main issue. Even seeking help from congressman and ombudsman is not gonna work. Several applicant have tried to approach congressman and senators and uscis replied was to them  that they are working on developing new system (IOE case system).

NVC  : received date 1/20/2020 & case number generated

Thanks God ! NVC received our case today and gave us case number . I hope you hear soon too

Yes yes yes congrats me toooo!  Today!  I cried happy tears!!!  But it's weird I live in Palestine and they gave me a Jordan case number.  I don't really mind because Jordan is a bus ride from Palestine, but I don't want it to affect anything.  Neither my husband or myself has been to Jordan for longer than a day!!!

Hope all is well, please visit this site https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immi Every monday they will post current case creation time frame. It will provide you an information when the dates they are currently working on after they received an approved visa petition from USCIS. Hope this information would be helpful.
