I met my Fiancee in India earlier this year. I have sent the I-129F form, the $170 check and several other required forms to Texas Service Center(since am a resident of Florida) on May 31st, 2007 by Express Mail.

The application package was received at TSC on June 1st, 2007.

Do we get a NOA1 from TSC or after its been transferred to CSC?

I'll wait another week before I get anxious about check not being cashed!.

Thanks.

NOA will come from CSC - it's automatically transferred.

Thanks...I called up NSC this morning and was told to wait upto 4 weeks for the check to cash..

Apparently the case number is generated right around the time your check is cashed. I was hoping as soon as they receive the application!!!

My I-129F application fee check was cashed within 2wks but I haven't received NOA1 yet. The petition arrived there on May 25th and the check was cashed on June 6th. I am waiting for the NOA1 to arrive now.

My check cashed last night...Look for the word *WACxxxxxxxxxx* on the back of the check, that'll be your case number.

NOA1 is usually sent out the day your check is cashed.
