My wife is from the US and I am from Pakistan. She filed a petition for me. Now I work in Dubai. Where will USCIS will send my case after the petition is approved in dubai or Pakistan?  here am doing job but after petition approval i want to go back Pakistan to start immigrants visa process

USCIS won't be sending it to the embassy, NVC will be. Are you already at NVC? When you log in to CEAC, what does the "Embassy:" part say at the top, Pakistan or United Arab Emirates? If you're not at NVC yet, what embassy did you indicate that you wanted to interview at on your I130? That's where NVC will send the case once your case is complete at NVC. If it doesn't say the embassy you want, have your wife NVC and ask them to change it. Be sure to explain to them that your reasoning is that you want to return to Pakistan to interview

she write down at i130 about interview place but the petition is still in process ... now how she can change the interview place? soon am going back Pakistan

Once you get to NVC have her call them and ask to change the place of interview to Pakistan

Neither. NVC will email you and your wife your case number. After that, your wife can then call them herself to ask them to change the embassy for the interview

NVC is not going to call your wife, she is going to call them after you receive your case number. You won't get a case number until a month or so after your petition is approved. Maybe even longer than that if your petition is IOE

No, you have to wait until you get NVC to change it. Your wife is in the US? Who is the one immigrating?

Then your wife will likely not have biometrics or an interview.

You've got to email them. I tried calling to change my interview location but they told me to email. It seems the people on the phone can't help with that.
