I got my RFE today. They wanted a legible copy of one of my divorces and pictures of us together, which I put in the application. My case is with the Texas service center but the address they want me to mail the stuff is in California. Can I use a different envelope and can I enclose a video of our engagement party? 

P.S. Does anyone have a general time frame from sending the RFE back to NOA2?

Your case was received in Texas and transferred to California for adjudication. Do not enclose a video. There have been many who have sent "engagement party" pictures and the CO thought they were wedding pictures and their application/visa was denied. Resend the same pictures of the two of you together and include any others that you may have. Yes you can use a different envelope but be sure the address is correct and that use some type of tracking so you know that they received you reply.

NOA-1 Issued Dec 21, 2015 NOA-1 for ROC issued

NOA-1 Issued Dec 26, 2015 NOA-1 Received

Biometrics Appt. Jan 29, 2016 Biometrics Appointment Scheduled [Completed]

Sorry to burst your bubble, case numbers beginning WAC are California.  You sent to the Texas lockbox but they assigned it to California along with all the other i129f petitions

 

They don't accept magnetic media of any kind so a video will not be accepted

30 days give or take after getting sufficient evidence to allow the petition to be approved

I want to make sure that I'm understanding you correctly. They are wanting pictures of you with you and your ex? 
or of your fiance that you are filing for?
