I am a K1 visa spouse applying for AOS I-485 and EAD I-765. I‘m planing on sending each of those forms with their supporting documents attached, in 2 different envelopes. And put those 2 envelope in 1 big envelope if that makes sense..

Did anyone pay with credit card for their AOS? I know I’m supposed to file Form I-1450 (1225$). Do I attach a form I-1450 to both the I-485 and I-765? Or just attach it to I-485 and add to my cover letter of each applications that I am filling concurrently?
hope anyone can help

Why would you attach the  form with the i765? It is fee waived when submitted with the i485

YMMV

The fee for I-765 is waived, yes.
this is what threw me off though.. See screenshot below. Technically I am submitting 2 applications/request So I must submit two G-1450s, one for each application I think F839E620-5A38-4F77-AAA3-EE01EC5BF26B.thumb.jpeg.0cc38ccc96dc0472f5dc48d0b6a29e4b.jpeg

You only need to submit one completed credit card payment form in the larger envelope.

You are only submitting one application that has a fee.  If each had a fee, then separate forms

YMMV

You might want to seriously consider adding the I-131 Advanced Parole application to your package. There is no additional fee to do that if it is part of your AOS package.

May I apply for it without an current emergency?

No current travel plans let alone an emergency

YMMV

Yes, you can apply for it without a current emergency. It's common practice for people to file the I-131 with the I-485 to cover the waiting period leading up to the green card. You never know what urgent travel needs you will have during the long wait for AOS approval, so you would file the I-131 without actually having any of the existing reasons you listed. When approved, it will be issued as a "combo card" which will include your AP and your EAD

The form is used by multiple classes.   Not all questions apply.  It is free to file in your case and even it you think it is not needed it is still a good idea just in case the green card is delayed and something comes up.
