Hi everyone! I’m new to Visa Journey and it exciting to be on here learning about the green card process. My husband and I got married on a K-1 visa in September and filed for AOS in October. When we filed, we lived in Wisconsin. We just moved, this week, to Austin Texas and we changed our address in the USCIS website. We just yesterday got a notification saying that “your green card interview is ready to be scheduled”. Will the interview be here in Texas? There is also a huge chance we will move out to another state in a few months, so then will the case be transferred to that office? Will all of this transferring delay the process? Thank you, in advance, for all of this information. 🙂

You will only know when you get the letter, if you get the letter in the new address.

USCIS is well known for forgetting to update people's address. If you get the letter in the old address, and you managed to pick it up. I would suggest to go to interview in the other state.
