I pretty sure I have checked the requirements and many links, etc, but I haven't noticed that it is required to have any of the required documents notarized? Am I right about this?

Thanks,

Charlie

Do you mean for the AOS process? I don't recall having to have anything notarized, so my answer would be no.

The only document that needed to be notarized was the I-134 Affidavit of Support which you may have submitted to the Embassy in the K1 process. This is different from the I-864 Affidavit of Support that you'll need to submit with AOS.

None of the AOS documents need to be notarized (there's no place for them to notarize them anyway).

I-129F

10/23/2006 - I-129F approved (97 days from CSC)

AOS

03/03/2007 - Married!

03/14/2007 - I-485 + I-765 sent

03/21/2007 - NOA1, Checks cashed

06/01/2007 - EAD card production e-mail received (74 days)

07/27/2007 - EAD RECEIVED (57 days after approval)

11/29/2007 - Infopass appointment - file was sent to a storage facility before it was finished processing.

05/28/2008 - Received AOS Interview notice

07/10/2008 - AOS Interview-APPROVED pending fingerprints

09/22/2008 - GREEN CARD IN HAND!

Removing Conditions

Yes I'm ready to get the 134 notarized once MJ gets her interview date. I was looking ahead to the AOS stuff and wanted to make sure I didn't over look that requirement if needed for those forms.

No part of the I-485, G-325, or I-864 need to be notarized. The instructions do not state any requirement to do that.

None of the forms for AOS need to be notarized since they got rid of that requirement for the I-864 over a year ago.

Thanks for that update. Just wanted to make sure as I didn't see it printed anywhere. There seems to be a few little things along the process that need clarified once in awhile.
