Hi ,

right now the best it’s to call USCIS and see if they sent your case to NVC (normally it’s not taking that long).
depend on what they say do an inquiry on your case to know and for them to search and tell you what’s going on .

do it today if you can as is MLK day on next Monday .

good luck🍀 , and tell us the result 😀

I think the pilot electronic process(cases with receipt number starting with IOE...) is a new system uscis is using. They are starting to transfer the whole immigration process from paper to digital. Due to the system being so new it's taking uscis a long time to transfer the cases from uscis to nvc.

We got approved in June of 2019. It's been more than 7 months and NVC still hasnt received our case. We hope it will arrive soon!

I've called uscis several times they said that our case has been approved and that it's in line to be sent to NVC.

But this monday I'm planning on calling them again and I will ask to speak to a tier 2 representative. Tier 2 is usually more helpful in assisting is what I've heard.

I've also asked my congressman to help speed up our case. I'll have to touch base with him again.

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has long been faulted for releasing processing time estimates for immigration benefit applications that are far shorter than the amount of time actually required to process the applications. In March 2018, the agency introduced a pilot program in an attempt to remedy this problem.

The pilot program changed how USCIS estimates processing times for four of the most widely used immigration benefit applications, such as those for green cards and citizenship. While processing time estimates have become more accurate for the four types of applications included in the pilot program, some problems remain. Additionally, the pilot program has not yet been extended to the many other types of immigration benefit applications and petitions which fall under the purview of USCIS.

a spouse would be considered green card.

and every place i view the words "pilot program for USCIS" each time they change the process it is called pilot program so filing online and getting an IOE is a pilot program

doing the AOS on CEAC instead of thru mail is a pilot program
