Need more detail on why i was denied.

Hello anyone. So i was in the u.s  since i was 7 and my parents and iover stayed toirist visa. I turned 18 was illegal from 18 to 21 wyen i became a Daca recepient. Left the u.s  in 2017 due to not receiving any news on my permit renewal and ny mom being il in mexico. Left voluntarely to care for her. A montu later i received my daca in the u.s. but useless since i was altlready in mexico. My fiance and i filed k1 visa had my interview. Was filed inadmisable for the over stay from age 18 to 21 technically 3 yrs but only got a 3 yr bar instead of ten ( not complaining) i have already been in mexico for 2 yrs. Before having my interview  do those count as part of the bar sentence? At the interview they tell you all the reasons why ur inadmisable? I have proof of being here when i first arrived in mexico two years ago how do i get the opportunity to show that ive served my sentence. Do i need a legal paper from a lawyer. Most importantly. How do i contact the juarez embassy more directly on more details.
