Just looking for some info on this as my fiance is currently residing in Azerbaijan but will be going to China to work shortly for 9 months. She worked in Turkey two separate times both 6 month contracts. Will she need a PCC for Turkey?

Has anyone here have experience being a non-Turkish national trying to obtain this PCC out of Turkey? She called her embassy in Baku and they said they don't do it (even though I see online that embassy's should be able to do this). The US Website says you can get it online, however it requires information that she does not have such as an E Government password but we are unsure of where to obtain this.

The other option being to mail a request to Turkey's Ministry of Justice. What Documents would be required to obtain the PCC using this method? My other thought is to call the Turkish Consulate in Boston and see if I can act as a proxy and get it for her?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as she will be leaving soon and I would like her to try and get this sorted out before she leaves as it will be very difficult once she is in China.

Any tips on other documents she should grab while still in her home country would be really appreciated.

Thank you!

Anthony
