My husband had his interview on October 3, 2019 and he still has not received a decision. He has contacted USCIS and a couple of agents said that he was approved and should be expecting his oath letter. The first time someone told him this was in November. He has called back and talked to other ppl and they have said that his file says a continued decision has been rendered. Then he would called again and they told him that his N400 was approved and he should be expecting a letter. Then he called back and was told it hasn’t been approved yet. He spoke with someone Tuesday, January 13 and they told his that it has been approved on Jan. 3 and he called back the same day and they told him it says an extended decision has been rendered. What is that? He has been going back and forth with them and now he is getting worried. We have done everything they have asked us all the way from the K-1 up til now. He has not committed any crimes not even a speeding ticket. He does everything ethically and morally. They had an oath ceremony in Louisiana in December. We are trying to figure out what is going on and why he hasn’t received a definitive answer. Has anyone or do you know of anyone who has had a similes experience. My hubby is worried
