I received a notice that the request was approved. And they will send me another letter with the instructions. Now, the lowyer to continue asked me an additionl $6500. Definitely never will be in the Philippines when the interview will be s hedule. My question is: i still need a lawyer for now on? Why asked me so much money?

You should not need a lawyer if you can read and follow the instructions on the forms and ask for help here.

Geez 6500 bucks to fill out forms and sort paperwork. Majority of people here file themselves, and as said by Paul & Mary, take the forms slow and search and ask here when something is beyond grasp.

visa Issued

tbh not sure why you needed the lawyer for the first $1500 either. Read the guides top of the page and instructions on the form, assuming no-one has been illegal, committed major crimes etc at any point should all be straightforward.
