N400 and prospective Moving

Greetings everyone,

I am about to file N400 under a five years rule. My aunt residing in Maine was seriously ill and needed some periodic look after. Since my job is remote, I decided to temporarily move closer to my aunt in Maine to take care of her. I am working as a remote consultant and leasing out an apartment in Maine since October. Because I was not expecting to move to Maine permanently, I did not change my license to Maine. My ex and kids reside in my current state. But situation has worsened and now I am moving from my current address to Maine USCIS District. My concerns are what if I file from my current address and then have to move with in few weeks to my new address, prompting a change of address. Since there is a three months residency requirement of filling N400 in a particular USCIS district, I am worried that me delaying a submission to meet that deadline could push me far out in the future.

For residency, I can provide leasing documents, affidavits etc but not state license.

What is the current case completion time-frame in Maine?

What could be the best route to take?

Is it advisable to apply from Maine or apply from my current address and then submit change of address?
