Has anyone with the case at WAC recently received a waiver for the biometrics? I have seen a lot of waivers for the other centers, but none coming out from WAC.

I did. WAC209xxxxx. Biometric waived in June 13,2020. And no more update since then. Good luck. X

Thanks for the feedback. I see that you submitted your case almost 1 year ago, so it would make sense to get the biometrics at least waived by now.

The other centers seems to be waiving it with 2-3 weeks after people getting the I-797 NOA.

Thanks again for your answer.

Thanks again for your answer.

The absolute majority of the people who received biometrics waived letters got called for biometrics later on in the process. So just because someone gets a letter like that doesn't mean they will have their biometrics waived.

The theory as to why they send out those letters is that they want to stop people from calling USCIS (meaning the crazies who can't wait and call about their biometrics appointments after just a couple of months). The letters would calm these people and keep them from harassing customer support for absolutely no reason.

Update From me: I am waiting on i751 to be resolved 27 months at this point, filled on May 7th 2018, did fingerprints on July 19th 2019, so far before, in between, and after fingerprints complete radio silence from CSC where the case is...my lawyer done inquiry in April and they said they will adjudicate it in 45 days, so far we counting 100 days and change from that moment, lawyer called again and escalated to supervisor yesterday, they said that case will be resolved in urgent manner...will see how long is “urgent” for them, because I feel we have Very different sense what is long time and what is not...at this point I don’t even know what I am waiting anymore, never transferred case, never got RFE, never nothing...felt like sharing my experiace so far since I saw some people feeling anxious for waiting one year or so....when you feel down have in mind that it can be far worse, actually it can be 3 times worse lol

Have a good day fellas
