hey guys. i understand what you all are saying. but listen to my situation now and tell me if this could work.

the first CO_sponsor works around 45k and has 250k leaving out his property in asset he has three persons are are dependent on him and they doesnt work.

The consular officer told me that i need atleast $4000 more to be sufficent for the three (3) of us that will be migrating.

so what i have done my uncle who is living alone. i will be adding him as a second Co-sponsor he works around 33k a year have no assets.

The embassy gave me a email address to scan and upload me documents they told me it will take around 4 days for them to review it.

so my main question is to you guys. Will this method work if i add my uncle as a second Co-sponsor

so which means the told finance will be around 78k a year will 8 persons in total.

will this work guys. please i got no other option..

thanks

I don't want to be a spoiler but in my opinion, u need a jointsponsor who has sufficient individual income to sponsor you. If 33k of your new sponsor meets the guideline for household of 4( you, your uncle, the two others immigrating with you) then you should be fine.

What everone is trying to tell you is that you cannot add up the income of both joint sponsors to meet the requirement. At least of one them must have enough individual income to sponsor you. Good luck!

They only why that would work is if the two sponsors lived together in the same household and one filed an I-864A.

You need one sponsor that can sponsor all of the beneficiaries.  And that sponsor should be related to the beneficiaries.

You can not add Joint Sponsors together.    You can add the joint sponsor and any liquid assets the joint sponsor has.

He give both. Income is like 45k and assets total is like 250k.

And the officer said that wasnt enough that they do look at the assets they wanna see the income.

We got a second cosponsor now whose my uncle. Hey gonna give us 2019 and 2018 tax transcript.  Hes working like 34k a year.

No assets.

And I'll scan and second the document to the embassy stating hes the second cosponsor.

Will that work?

So basically your cosponsor has a house and a job. He will then have to support 7 people on $45k a year. Yeah that isn't going to work at all. I make more than double that with a family of 6 and I struggle

Well guys I got a new solution.

My uncle which i previously stated hes working 33k a year and living alone living on the second floor.

So my aunt shez living on the first floor with one minor kid. Shez owns the property and making 26k a year.

Can this work my uncle file the i864 and my aunt will file the i864a

So both of the incomes will be combined .

Will that work ?

If they are married, and are not currently sponsoring other immigrants, that should work.

This could work though it will still be at the discretion of the consular officer based on the totality of your circumstance just as before. However, I think will be on good footing this time around. Good luck.
