Is there a fee when you bring your vaccination record and I-693 form to a civil surgeon? Thank you in advance

Of course, they set there own fees and they can very dramatically

A fee from the civil surgeon?  The only person who can answer that is the civil surgeon, but they don't do exams for free.

I don't need med exams. I'll just need to bring my vaccination records to them and transfer it to I-693 form for AOS

Of course.  Doctors can charge what they want.  You realize that they are not employees of the US government/USCIS, right?

They are providing you a service that you pay for.  They are private practitioners who have been authorized to do immigration related medicals and evaluations and not compensated by the uscis
