Renewing my driver license in Michigan

Hi guys 

i have k1 valid visa and i got my first driver license through my visa. But my driver license is gonna expire soon due to the i94 expiration of my visa. 
i applied for my green card, and work permit, and travel document. I got two notice one for the received application and one for the fingerprints. So can I renew my driver license based on the pending application for my green card and for my green card notice. Above all, i have SSN and bank accounts and marriage license. Neither me or my wife changed our names. It’s still same as in every document i have

You can try . I used my NOA1 when applying for DL ( after my I 94 expired ) but they took almost 30 days to " verify " my case

Its depends on each state. Nothing wrong in trying with the NOA1. Some wont issue unless you have EAD approval document or GC . check with the DMV. they will know if your document is acceptable
