All the cases i130 similar to my number have been transferred. There’s a lot of people like us

What are your plans for filing taxes for 2019? We need ITIN number for spouse if we are filing joint returns. Have you guys looked into it yet?

Make sure to file married and include your spouse,  my tax guy mentioned he must do it via paper and add my spouse even with out social security number.

Yeah that's what I am gonna do. I usually file my taxes by myself. Now I gotta find a CPA to do it or H&R block.

I am in West Virginia. My parents are in New Jersey. My cousin (he is from New Jersey) also got married around the same time as mine. His priority date was February 14th. His case went to Texas and now his case is in NVC waiting for embassy interview.

Also, what you guys think of getting a visitor visa for Spouse while i130 is pending?

The issue is this 

 

if she gets tourist visa then once she arrive  her I 130 will need to be changed, she no longer will be going thru nvc stage,

 

just thinking about sounds like it will complicate your case and especially knowing how behind uscis now days

Yeah that's true. That's a big issue. Is it mandatory that I have to change my case? What if she goes back when she is about to get interviewed?
