Case was transferred and a new office has Jurisdiction

She said she checked in the correct system and it got to Vermont on the 15th of January, she said they sent out two notice on the same day so we might get another one. i just just hope it’s being worked on and on someone’s desk.

 

i am sure we should get another notice any day now,  but just to keep in minds the notice will not have much more info besides where the transfer went to. The good news that already know where it has been transferred.

Do you guys know anything about the processing times for the Vermont office? Does it take as long as Nebraska?

According to a phone call with them and what’s listed online, it’s said 13 to 17 months, VJ they are working in May 20th 2019,  hopefully they can get to ours ASAP

I filed mine on Feb 2,2019 and got first noa  feb 11,2019. Nothing yet after that

I snapped this photo from my search according to similar case numbers as mine.

the list is long and I am sure your case in there

 

try to down load case tracker on your phone then go to search and type in your case number then next to it you can type how many cases would you like to search I only did 500 cases and there was plenty of transfers.

That's good Mabel. We all are on the same boat now. If we talk to the right agent, we get a correct answer you know

Yeah that's what I am hoping for too. When I called they told me like NSC transferred to CSC, then CSC to NSC and then NSC to VSC. I don't know why they do that. But, at least we know now.

When I talked to an agent, the lady told me they would most likely process based on the initial service center processing time. Since it is already transferred, they might process it fast too.

I didn't know that. It is cool how we can see all these. Thanks for sharing this. At least I know now, there are a lot of people like us. When I look at this, there are a lot of cases wow!

It starts from last 3 digits of the cases in the 100 and goes up

So in that sense both of your cases would be below mine since you guys were Feb 11 and mine is Feb 13th. It would be nice, if we could filter out based on IR1/CR1. This is pretty cool. Thanks.
