Case was transferred and a new office has Jurisdiction

Hi all,

 

We filed on Feb 14th 2019 and webt to Nebraska, we also recently got the transfer letter to say it's moved to California...

 

Fingers crossed for everyone, we are so close!

keep us posted once you get the second letter.
 

did you receive two notices about the transfer like us, there is 3 of us with the same memo. 
 

mine was sent to California then Vermont writhing a day or so.

 

try to call customer service on Tuesday they should tell exactly where it was sent to and let us know.

 

hopefully we all hear great news soon, best of luck to every one.

Hey Yousef, 

 

My wife (I am the beneficiary) got the first notification text on the 13th of this month then a letter in the mail to say it was moved to California, then on the 15th she got another text saying it was moved but no other letter in the mail yet...I presume if there is one it will come on Monday or Tuesday, I do hope we are at Vermont now though since California seems to be very busy also.

 

I will ask her to call if we don't receive anything midweek, just to clarify, it would be nice to know and I'll definitely keep you guys updated on here.

 

It's good (in a way, I know this process sucks) to be in communication with people in the same boat as us, we were beginning to think we were the only February filers left who still haven't got an NOA2.

basically the same thing has happened with the two messages from Uscis, more likely we should received something mid week. Monday it’s a MLK day, 

 

all we can do at this point is to share our info and wish for the best.

this confirms that Vermont not only specialize with cases with prior marriages,  cause I read somewhere that they only do.

 

i see Potomac are pretty fast compare to the rest of the service centers.

Hello, have you heard anything? Is just called the USCIS and they told me that from California it was transferred back to Nebraska. Idk 😐 what was the whole point of the transferred. I’m so mad

They only answer phone calls and read a script.
