Hi,

yesterday received green card and guess what it’s CR1 and not IR1 even tho on the passport stamped at port of entry IR1. Been married over 2 years

went on uscis and filed a form then called customer service and they said I 90 form must be filed as well, did that and now processed at Potomac.

has anyone had this issue and how long till it got resolved?

will we need  fingerprints again according to I 90 ?

Good afternoon guys,

Sorry for not being active lately. My wife’s interview was completed and she got her visa today. Thank you so much for all your support and being with me through out this journey. We all started together, we went though roller coster of emotions and difficulties, and I am happy that all of us sticked together till we reached the happy finish line.

Hope all you guys have a wonderful life in the US and get succeed.

I may not be active a lot from now on. Wish you all good luck!

Hey guys!! Officially made it to US with my husband and he received IR1. So happy and the journey for us is complete! Good luck with you all! Stay patient and it does help to be a part of this forum. Thank you to everyone and this was the best support system while awaiting our visa.

My wife's case was recently transferred. Is this anything to worry about? She has a pending removal of conditions and pending n400 as well. We are in Montana, so I would imagine they aren't sending us to a different state. Is it different on a "national" level like Vermont vs California?
