Congratulations Yjia!

Anybody has any information on when the consulates are gonna open back up for interviews? I heard embassies are planning for phased opening from September.

Yeah there is a huge backlog. But, all other immigrant visas are banned till Dec 31st. So they can work on this backlog pretty quick I think. Let's see.

Good news is that Mumbai consulate started CRi/IR1 AP 221g processing on Sept 1 and on 8th they updated to say they resumed CRI/IR1 cases on Sept 1st too, there is no clarity whether these interviews are for those who were originally scheduled for March and April or everyone in general. Refer the link below.

@Youssef, I think Morocco also started CRi/IR1 cases. I believe this is the high priority case (CR1/IR1)  at this time to resume processing.

Even thought the backlogs have increases, because all other visa processing is on hold, I want to believe the CR1/IR1 cases move faster comparatively.

Goodluck to all.

Great News! I know lot of people who are waiting for this. I will pass along this information. This looks like they are slowly opening up. Thank you so much for the information. We will get more clarity when people started to get interviews.

Yes true, since other visas are on hold, this will go much faster. That's what I am thinking too.

One thing I am having difficulty is to gather data, to identified who are already DQ'ed. Lots of people don't update their timelines, checking individual timelines to look at the time is a painful process.

unfortunately the VJ tool does have that sort/filter capability based on DQ, unless I am missing something.

I totally agree, some folks don’t update anything,

I know I kept mine up to date, makes it much easier and i tried to follow others but then never update  anything makes it hard to keep up with the data.

hopefully soon we will start seeing visa approvals and so on.

Once people complete NVC stage, they forget about VisaJourney and no one really cares after that. There are only a handful of people who update their timelines.
