Case was transferred and a new office has Jurisdiction

Well to find the app name, I read up the page 20th, got very impatient and posted the questioned, the name was mentioned on Page21, silly me lol. 

Mine is an IOE number. Originally filed online. on March 26th and Got IOE receipt number from TSC. However I also filed I129F for K3 visa at TSC, and I did not receive for a while, when I called them, they said my case was transfered to VSC. I don't have any transfer notice or anything, just verbal communication. I don't see any activity on the app either. 

 

1. Do you expect my case will process in the next 2 months or so?

2. in the app tracker, should I enter VSC or TSC.

On the app Case tracker you can submit only your case number and you can search for cases that’s near your numbers to see where they at.

Hello. I think our satiation is very similar. Our PD is Nov 4, 2019 and it was transferred from TSC to VSC in Feb. Until today July 27, 2020, we still dont have any updates. Not sure what to do now, I and my wife are very worried. What is your most recent status? Thank you!

just give them a bit of time,  they are working pretty fast now days,  I am currently waiting for the consulate to open.

 

when ever being transferred that’s a great sign.

That means someone is looking at your case.

for every move that means you will be worked on for an approval instead just sitting in a pile at one office.

Some updates, I had a call back with 2nd level officer from USCIS. Below is I got from the phone call: 

1. "you did not get the transfer notice because your case is still based on TSC, the transfer is due to high workload in TSC, after VSC done with review, it will back to TSC. Its more like helping each other between service centers. 
2. "due to covid 19, its very normal we transfer cases around but the jurisdiction wont change, unless you received a notice"  

Our background: Our PD is Nov 4, 2019 and it was transferred from TSC to VSC in Feb. Until today July 28, 2020, we still have any updates.

My I130 was pending with NSC for my wife and on Jan 13th 2020 I got a status update saying "Case was transferred to another office." On 14th of Jan 2020, it says "Case was transferred and a new office has jurisdiction." I talked to a USCIS contact center person on Jan 13th 2020, and the representative told me that my case was ready to be adjudicated and it was transferred to VSC to balance the workload. same thing happen to me I field at TCS they transfer to VSC now it's back to TSC
