My letter also says that it was transferred to the California office and it’s dated from the 13 which was when the first change was made. I’m a little confused? I seen That california doesn’t have an option for us citizens sponsoring spouse.

No need to get concerned at all, we are all in the same page,  we should get another letter saying was transferred to Vermont for sure.

Thank you, this page has helped me a lot to be honest. Hopefully we do get that other letter. My reason was to speed up the process. Did you guys get the same one ?

No I dont. This is my first time getting married. My spouse is in Cuba. We’ve been waiting for 11 months since I got the NOA1

this is my first petition as well to bring my wife.

 

cause I read somewhere stating people with prior marriages go to Vermont, but I don’t think it’s true.

 

i hues they moved our files to speed up the cases. In February the 11th will be exactly 12 months for us.  Has been a long wait tho

Same for us. I started The paperwork on feb 2 of 2019 and got my first noa 1 on the 11. Hopefully we will get our spouses here soon. Do you have any idea how long the other steps take?

With Uscis  we could never know, 

 

hopefully it will pick up quick once sent and at nvc then embassy make it happen.

 

i am guessing and hopefully by august or even faster.
