This suspension and limitation of this proclamation shall not apply to the spouse of United States citizen and any alien who is under 21 years old and is the child of a United States citizen, or who is a prospective adoptee seeking to enter the United States.

So far spouse of USC are exempt.

Exactly.

Just a point of clarification here.   LPRs are in fact exempted, but not if they are trying to bring a relative into the country unless the LPR is employed in very specific fields such as COVID-19 or other areas the Department of State deems important.

If you are a LPR, then you don't personally lose any rights with the EO.

That’s correct, as long as US citizen then it’s a safe ground.

So fiance visa is out of question untill this ban lift.

Am i correct?

My understanding is that the EO does not effect a K-1 VISA since the K-1 is a non-immigration VISA.   There was quite alot of discussion about this in the MEGA Thread, but I wasn't following it as close because it was a flurry of comments (20 pages in 30 minutes) and this VISA doesn't apply to me.

You may wanna go check the last 20 or so pages of that thread out.  It's locked just now for new comments because some were unfortunately verbally attacking other, but the content (as raw as it was) is still there.

Yes that makes sense my bad. I was thinking about K3, not K1. I think K3 will not get affected too.

This is where you can read about the EO. Spouses and kids of US citizens are exempted. Reference; b (iv)

Thanks for sharing these, I'm relieved to see this from an official source...I'm sad for many others though, like this journey isn't hard enough.

At least now we all know  it’s official and we are safe.

What about LPR/GC in process 1-130 or I- 129F petitions ?

It will only work if the immigrant is a spouse who works in very specific fields: "physician, nurse, or other healthcare professional; to perform medical research or other research intended to combat the spread of COVID-19; or to perform work essential to combating, recovering from, or otherwise alleviating the effects of the COVID-19 outbreak, as determined by the Secretary of State, the Secretary of Homeland Security, or their respective designees; and any spouse and unmarried children under 21 years old of any such alien who are accompanying or following to join the alien"
