Hello

happy Monday’s to you too,

thank you for the positive message.

so far from checking earlier I seen like 7 cases approved from the January transfers case numbers 1990258....

I called and spoke to an officer earlier, he said my case last touched by an officer on the February 10th and that’s all.

many cases were approved next to my case numbers. Hopefully soon we hear something.

Did you see the time range on the uscis web pages has changed for processing times.

Oh yeah it changed to 15.5 months. But that’s a stretch. It is not gonna take that long for any cases. You will hear something very soon.

Yeah, I’m definitely going to call tomorrow. I saw the processing times have changed. That’s crazy. I pray that yours will get approved this week!

Yes and like wise too.

let me know what they say after you call ,

looks like they have more transfers as

of yesterday and that’s why the processing time changed.

The Visa Journey timelines show that Vermont it working on September, 2019 applications but we know that isn't accurate.

These transfers are really hard to figure out.

There is no telling how accurate it is, plus not a lot of I 130 has been sent to Vermont initially, from what I see just recent transfers.

this is crazy but time Consuming, my case is surrounded by approved cases.

all we have to do is give them time and I am sure they will get to all the transfers one day or another.

First, calling right at 8 is the best thing to do. Spoke to a level 2 officer, they said that as of the 19th of Feb my case is being  adjudicated by an officer which is the last step. The officer told me this can take up to 45 days for a final answer. He said that can be sooner or the full 45 days but that it is with an officer.

I’m right with you. My case is also surrounded by other cases that are approved or have some information regarding request of evidence, something.

@GregandNatty 6th case in front of you was approved today. Looks like they are working on cases with your priority date while June 17, 18 and 25 are still being ignored. Most focus is on June 21 and 24, but looks like they are slowing down processing June cases.

@whocares : Are you just using the case tracker app to see this stuff?   If so, the iphone version must be much more capable than the android version.  On android I can only pull up 100 cases at a time, but it also won't filter just the I130s.  I get everything.  I'm seeing about 25 I130 cases behind me numerically and nothing approved.

I actually just found the version of the case tracker app for android that you are using.  It isn't in the Google Play store.  You have to install it manually from here:   https://www.browsercam.com/apk/com.saldous.usciscasetracker/

I can now see that they are working on cases with my PD.  I see they have approved 2 cases today. :)
