Guys my case just got approved!!!!!!!!! I’m so happy!!!! Can someone tell me what’s next!!!

Wow that's great news. Congratulation! I am so happy for you. Anyway the long wait is over. Now they will send the case to NVC. NVC will create a case number in 3-4 weeks. You can call them and get the case number and start paying fees and uploading documents. Then they will complete the documentation and you will get interview date.

yeah you can call them around 3-4 weeks. I am planning to call them next week or so. But, it is really tough to get them on phone. You gotta try a lot of times. Currently they are creating case numbers for cases received on Jan 28th as of Feb 19th. So you will definitely see an email/beneficiary letter in 4 weeks.

That’s not that bad. After that letter is where they tell you the document you need to submit?

Now all the fees and documents are submitted online. They have a portal for that. We need case number from NVC and some bill number to login. After we upload all the documents, the document review can take up to 2 months. That's the only waiting game there.

Just make sure to upload everything as Perfect as possible. And take your time,

I have seen people rush in and scan items incorrectly or missing part of the page and so on.

make sure the file isn’t huge as well.

Yeah right if you mess up it will be add another 1-2 months to the processing time. Files should be under 2MB. And have all the documents

Hey guys checking in! Happy Monday. I hope to hear some more good news from the group. Wanted to say hey and sending good positive vibes to everyone.

Hello

happy Monday’s to you too,

thank you for the positive message.

so far from checking earlier I seen like 7 cases approved from the January transfers case numbers 1990258....

I called and spoke to an officer earlier, he said my case last touched by an officer on the February 10th and that’s all.

many cases were approved next to my case numbers. Hopefully soon we hear something.

Did you see the time range on the uscis web pages has changed for processing times.
