Mine took 363 days to get approved. But there were almost 50-100 Feb 13 PDs and only 5-10 got approved so far. And, they are working more cases from 11, and 12 now. 

 

I would say call once a week and keep asking the status.

of you call ask and be persistent to get transferred to an officer .

 

all we have to do is give them a little time , we already have them 13 months.

From what I been tracking they are approving a lot from the 1990258.... I know yesterday they approved 11 cases. They also approved different ones as well.
